At Century Park, we understand the value that experienced executives bring to the table. That’s why we have developed specialized programs that are designed to work with these seasoned professionals in sectors that we are interested in. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each executive, whether they are looking to build their own company or acquire a business. We take a collaborative approach, working closely with our executive partners to identify opportunities and create value for all stakeholders.

Our team has a deep understanding of the industries in which we invest, and we leverage our expertise to help executives navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with building and growing successful businesses. We are committed to building strong, long-term partnerships with our executive partners, and we are confident that our programs will help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

We also offer specialized programs for intermediaries that can source proprietary introductions for us. These programs are detailed below.

Century Leaders

The program is an executive-led, buy-and-build acquisition strategy.  Century Park Capital teams up with an Operating Partner or C-level executive in a targeted sector, dedicating a deal team and search resources to a defined investment area. The executive partner (“Century Leader”) works exclusively with Century Park Capital to build an investment thesis, source acquisition candidates using their network, evaluate opportunities, and become intimately and actively involved with an acquired platform company either as an active chairperson or company C-level executive.

Executive Council

Members of the Century Park Executive Council help guide and manage portfolio companies from a strategic angle. These individuals typically have deep industry experience and a desire to have board-level involvement with our investments. Executive Council members are not responsible for sourcing transactions, but they almost always join us to visit potential companies we are targeting for investment.

Emerald Advisors

We are committed to identifying and executing the best possible investment opportunities for our investors. To this end, we have offer a unique program called “Emerald Advisors” to incentivize intermediaries to bring us transaction opportunities directly. These may be sitiatuons where a process was run but didn’t acheive the outcome for the owner, or perhaps an owner is uninterested in dealing with the pressure and scrutiny of a “full blown” process. Under our program, we create a win-win-win situation for the business owner, intermediary and Century Park. Business owners work with a fair, experienced, high integrity group that will offer a fair valuation while avoiding a distracting M&A process; intermediaries benefit from the additional financial incentive to bring us high-quality introductions, and when there is a fit, Century Park can spend our time on transactions outside of noisy processes.

ESG

We are committed to driving sustainable growth for our portfolio companies and creating positive impact for society and the environment. We believe that strong ESG performance can be essential to achieving these goals, and as such, we have established an ESG program that is appropriate for the lower middle market companies we invest in. Our ESG program is designed to integrate environmental, social, and governance considerations into relevant stages of the investment process. From due diligence to exit, we identify and address ESG risks and opportunities to enhance long-term value creation. We work closely with our portfolio companies to develop and implement ESG initiatives. By prioritizing ESG factors, we strive to build resilient, responsible businesses that can drive positive change and create lasting value for all stakeholders.
