Bellevue, WA –  Accelalpha, a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Key Performance Ideas (KPI), a leader in the implementation and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This is an important step in Accelalpha’s undertaking to expand its capabilities to deliver comprehensive, holistic, and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions. The acquisition also strengthens Accelalpha’s multi-pillar Oracle Cloud managed services offering.

Founded in 2005, KPI has focused almost exclusively on Oracle’s EPM product suite since its inception. KPI provides both implementation expertise and ongoing managed services to Fortune 500 and leading middle-market companies across various industries. Nat Ganesh, Accelalpha CEO, commented, “With the combination of Accelalpha and KPI, we become an organization that can implement, integrate and manage all of the Oracle cloud applications and deliver the comprehensive solutions our customers want and need.”

“Merging KPI with Accelalpha provides an exceptional opportunity for us to expand our services and help our customers more than ever,” commented Nate Coate, Founder and CEO at KPI. “The two companies are a great fit, both strategically and culturally, and we remain deeply committed to delivering service excellence to customers across the globe.”

The KPI transaction marks the fifth acquisition by Century Park in the IT services industry and the second acquisition for Accelalpha. Tony Trevino, Principal at Century Park, concluded “The acquisition of KPI represents an exciting step in our vision of combining specialized Oracle cloud implementers and managed services providers to build a differentiated, one-stop solution for customers across the Oracle cloud application landscape. We’re excited to welcome KPI to the Accelalpha family and look forward to continuing our strategy of partnering with other leading Oracle cloud implementation partners.”

The transaction was facilitated by IT ExchangeNet.
