Century Park Capital Partners is pleased to announce that ROM Corporation, a leading manufacturer of specialty components for vehicles in the emergency, trucking and military sectors, has acquired the Lighting Solutions Division of Havis, Inc.
Headquartered in Warminster, Pennsylvania, Havis, Inc. is a leader in manufacturing in-vehicle mobile office solutions for public safety, public works, government agencies and mobile professionals. The Lighting Solutions Division provides spot flood scene lights, telescoping mounting poles, and vehicle interior lighting such as dome lights and compartment lights for use on emergency response and police vehicles. These products are essential tools for emergency responders who need to maintain situational awareness and conduct casualty and damage assessments upon arrival at the site of a critical incident. Havis and ROM will be working closely together over the next six months to ensure a smooth transition for both customers and employees.
