Century Park Capital Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Trembley to Vice President and the hiring of Guy Zaczepinski as Vice President, Peter Kim as Analyst and Jennifer McIntosh as Controller.
Steve Trembley has been an integral member of the Century Park Capital Partners team for 5 years. He was instrumental in successfully investing our first fund and has been extensively involved in the management of our portfolio companies. Steve earned his B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Guy Zaczepinski joined Century Park Capital from ACI Capital, where he was involved in sourcing, structuring and executing private equity transactions in the consumer and industrial sectors. While at ACI Capital, he served on the board of Sundance Holdings Group LLC. Previously, Guy was with Desai Capital Management Inc. where he focused on transactions in the business services sector. Guy began his career in Citigroup’s Financial Entrepreneurs Group supporting coverage of private equity firms. Guy received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
Peter Kim joined Century Park Capital from the Los Angeles office of Chanin Capital Partners where he focused on creditor-side restructuring transactions. At Chanin, Mr. Kim performed various recapitalization, mergers and acquisitions and recovery analyses for companies in the energy, paper and packaging, and media and communications industries. Peter earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
Jennifer McIntosh joined Century Park Capital from Worldview Technology Partners, where she was responsible for the financial accounting and reporting for Worldview’s limited partnerships, general partnerships and its management company. Jennifer earned her B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and is a licensed CPA.
